Terms of Service
These are the terms under which we work with you, and the exact scope of each service.

Acceptance
By contracting our services or using this site, you agree to these terms. They apply to E-Office Center INC, doing business as Reachers Services.
Services we provide
Company formation (LLC, corporation and DBA), ITIN applications, preparation of personal and business tax returns, bookkeeping, W-2 payroll, permits, licenses and renewals, assistance with immigration forms, and insurance coordination through specialized partners.
Scope and limitations
We are not attorneys and we do not provide legal advice. When we assist with immigration forms, our work consists of form preparation, document review and organization, and general guidance about application processes. We are not accredited to represent you in immigration matters.
We do not guarantee outcomes before the IRS, state agencies, USCIS or any other authority. We prepare and file what corresponds to your case correctly; the decision always belongs to the authority.
An ITIN is a tax processing number issued by the IRS: it does not grant immigration status or work authorization.
Reachers does not sell insurance policies: we coordinate coverage with specialized partners so you can obtain the policy your business needs.
Fees and payments
Prices published on this site and in our materials are referential: the final amount for each service is confirmed in your quote, based on your case, before work begins. Government filing fees and state fees are separate from our professional fees and are disclosed to you before we start.
Client responsibilities
In order for us to do our work, the information and documents you provide must be complete, truthful and timely. We are not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information, nor for delays caused by documents we did not receive.
Referral program and coupons
Discounts, coupons and referral codes apply according to the conditions of each agreement in effect, for new clients, and are applied at the time of contracting. They are not cumulative and have no cash value.
Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you regarding your service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or contacting us. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The contents of this site and our materials — texts, graphics, logos and documents — are the property of Reachers Services and may not be reproduced or distributed without our authorization.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount of professional fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect is published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
