Who we are
Reachers Services is the trade name of E-Office Center INC, an accounting and tax consulting firm with offices at 705 N Parsons Ave, Brandon, Florida 33510. This policy applies to reacherservices.com and to the services we provide.
What information we collect
Contact information: name, phone number, email address and, where applicable, mailing address.
Information needed to provide the service: tax and business information, identification documents, taxpayer identification number, and the forms each filing requires.
Browsing data: technical information such as pages visited and device type, used to operate and improve the site.
How we collect it
When you message us on WhatsApp, call us or send us an email; when you book a consultation through this site; when you visit our office and give us your information; or when you come through a partner or our referral program. We do not collect personal information unless you provide it voluntarily.
How we use it
To provide and follow up on the service you requested; to communicate with you through appointment reminders, updates about your filings, requests for documents and replies to your inquiries; to occasionally inform you about our services and courses; and to comply with legal and tax obligations.
SMS and text message communications
If you provide your mobile phone number, we may send you text messages related to the service you requested: appointment reminders and confirmations, updates about the status of your filings, requests for missing documents, replies to your inquiries, and occasional announcements about our services and courses.
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for the purpose of SMS communications will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver those messages on our behalf, and who are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may reply HELP for assistance.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties.
We share information only with service providers that allow us to operate — customer management platform, messaging services, email, calendar and payment processing — who are required to keep it confidential and may not use it for any other purpose; and with authorities, when we file on your behalf with your authorization or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as applicable tax and legal obligations require. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to those who need it to serve you. Information transmitted through this site is encrypted. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw your consent to receive communications. Write to info@reacherservices.com or call (813) 848-8687. We may retain certain information when the law requires it or when it is necessary to complete an ongoing filing.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in effect is published on this page with its effective date.
