Text messages (SMS): consent and terms

Who sends the messages

Reachers Services is the trade name of E-Office Center INC, an accounting and tax consulting firm with offices at 705 N Parsons Ave, Brandon, Florida 33510. Every message identifies Reachers Services as the sender.

What messages we send

We only text existing clients who have agreed to receive messages. They are service and customer-care messages:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Requests for documents needed for your filing or tax return.
• Reminders of deadlines that apply to you, such as the Annual Report or an extension due date.
• Replies to questions you have asked us.

We do not use text messages for advertising or promotions.

How you give consent

You opt in by checking a box on our client form, in our office or online. The box is unchecked by default, separate from the acceptance of the terms of service, and labeled as optional.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service. If you leave the box unchecked, we serve you exactly the same.

When your consent is recorded, we send a single confirmation message with instructions to opt out.

Frequency and cost

Frequency varies with your case; typically one to four messages per month. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you immediately; you will receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP to receive our contact details. You can also call our office or email info@reacherservices.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect the service you have with us.

Your number and your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Only the providers that help us deliver the messages have access to your number, and solely for that purpose. Details are in our privacy policy.
